Every woman’s recovery journey looks a little different. That’s why Zen Mountain House offers two unique sober living programs for women – each designed to meet you where you are and help you take the next step toward independence.

Thrive
Program

A short-term, highly supported sober living program for women who need additional structure before transitioning into a traditional sober living home. Thrive offers daily routines, mentorship, and close staff guidance to help residents stabilize, set goals, and prepare for independent living.

Living Program

Designed for women ready to step into independence with structure, accountability, and community, our Traditional Sober Living Program helps residents maintain sobriety while returning to work, school, or volunteering, surrounded by women who understand the journey.

From cozy bedrooms to warm, shared living spaces, our sober living homes offer more than comfort.   Whether you’re winding down after work, sharing a meal, or taking a quiet moment to yourself, this is a space where women can feel grounded, respected, and at ease.
