For women who need a little more time and guidance before transitioning into a traditional sober living home, Zen Mountain House created Thrive. It’s a short-term, 30–90 day program that bridges the gap between treatment and independence. Thrive offers daily accountability, staff support, and community connection in a safe, structured environment. Here, women focus on healing, building new habits, and gaining the confidence to move forward.

“The Thrive program was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve learned so much more about my self and I’ve learned a lot more about how to survive in the everyday real world. The coaches are amazing and caring and really do care about your needs. I can honestly say I’ve grown up more in this past month and a half than I have in the past year. The lessons and skills that I’ve learned will carry with me for a lifetime. It’s heartwarming and amazing how much Erin and the coaches really care about you. No matter what, I know I can call on anyone that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting here and they would have my best intentions at heart.”
