The Phillips House was the first Zen Mountain House, which was opened on March 1st, 2018. The most notable feature of this house is its completely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with brand-new cabinets and granite counter-tops. The property is littered with a dozen mature trees and a large, shady backyard ideal for afternoon reading. With over 3,500 square feet of floor space and three large living areas, this house offers the most opportunity to spread out and find quiet time.
The bedrooms are decorated with a color-theme and personal touches from our clients. A luxurious gel-infused memory foam mattress and high quality pillows sit atop each bed, which has storage drawers built into the base and a bookcase headboard to allow for extra storage and personalization of your space. Each room has approximately the same amount of storage provided in a variety of forms. Night stands, dressers, and walk-in closets are features of at least one bedroom. The house has four bathrooms scattered around the house and a tank-less water heater so we never run out.
Introduced as Zen Mountain’s second Centennial location in September, 2018, this house is known for its young average age and its daring decor.
The living rooms are equipped with brand-new, large TVs and very comfortable couches. Our largest living room seats 11 people, so games nights are a popular option for entertainment. With a brand-new kitchen and a massive backyard, this house is a frequently chose place for hosting social gatherings, BBQs, parties, holiday celebrations, and more. Our community pool and tennis courts are only a five minute walk away so don’t forget your suit and racket!

The Tribe House is located about ten minutes south of the Monroe House. The home is decorated in a “tribal” theme with tons of fun colorful artwork, an enormous deck and back yard, and vaulted ceilings in both living rooms. The upstairs bathrooms both feature skylights for plenty of natural light and the basement will be newly finished in early 2021!
